Erin has a long history in the world of real estate, starting as an assistant to a broker in Morgantown, WV, and culminating after she got her license in real estate in her new home town, Pittsburgh, PA. She worked with both buyers and sellers in the greater Pittsburgh area until 2017 when she and her husband took an opportunity to move to the Netherlands for three years. While overseas, Erin took a job working as an Expat rental agent, helping people from different countries find homes and settle in Amsterdam. In 2020, during the height of the pandemic, she and her family moved back to Pittsburgh. They bought a house sight unseen when the real estate industry was at a halt. So, although she doesn’t recommend her clients buy houses sight unseen, she has had personal experience with doing so and has helped others in the same position make the best possible choices when buying from another state or country.

Beginning in 2025, Erin and Vanessa joined forces to create Morrison Petrelle Group—an alliance built on trust, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to their clients’ success.
